I acknowledge specifically but not limited to :

1. I will complete the on-site registration and pay any required fees as specified in the NOR.

2. I will carry and use all safety equipment required by the event organisers, including, but not limited to, personal flotation devices, engine safety cut-out switch (kill cord) and VHF radio communication equipment.

3. I agree to uphold the principles of sportsmanship and fair play at all times.

4. I understand that the safety of all sailors is of the highest importance and agree to render aid to any sailor in need of assistance.
