Entry to the event is open to sailors who meet the criteria as per the Entry Procedure of the Notice of Race
ILCA7, ILCA6 & ILCA4 shall be raced in this event. Sailors shall submit their entries through this site.

Important Dates & Entry Procedure
Stage 1 –
Application for Entry is accepted through this site only.
Stage 2 –
Each ILCA District / National Association will review the entries from its district / nation. An ILCA District / National Associations may refuse a competitor’s entry based on sailing ability, membership status or failure to meet other national entry requirements. Applicants will be notified by email when their entries are refused, and the reason for the refusal will be specified.
Stage 3 –
Offers for entries will be sent to successful applicants. Offers for entries must be accepted and paid by Entry Closing Date 25 February 2026.
*Only sailors from ILCA District / National Association that have paid up the 2025 District Membership Fees to ILCA will be offered entries.
Entry Fees: USD $330
Late Entry Fees: USD $410 **
**Late entries may be accepted at the discretion of ILCA Asia.
Coach registration & team/coach/support boats
All coach/support boats shall register HERE from the Entry Open Date.
Coaches / support boats will be required to pay a fee of USD 100 at registration on site.
The fee will include event souvenir(s), after-race snacks and all socials in the schedule.

Charter boat can be collected from 17 March 2026
Pre-charter before 17 March 2026 is available at USD80 per boat per day
IMPORTANT NOTE: Last day to book a charter boat is 5 February 2026
A limited number of new / almost new boats will be available for charter from the Official Equipment Supplier.
The charter boats will be supplied on a launching trolley as a hull with self-bailer, padded hiking strap, spars (composite mast top section, appropriate bottom section and a boom), daggerboard and rudder in a padded foil bag, mainsheet side cleats, control line deck block fitting with blocks and control line deck cleat fitting with cleats.
Competitors shall provide their ropes, boom vang, mainsheet block with spring or similar, traveler blocks and line, sail and battens, tiller and tiller extension, outhaul and cunningham control set, and adjustment rope/shock-cord for hiking strap. Competitors may provide their own hiking strap, which must be installed by the Official Equipment Supplier only.
ILCA Asian Cup Event Scholarship Programme
The Organising Authorities of ILCA Asian Cup 2026 Penghu is offering 5 “Event Scholarship” places for selected overseas sailors.
