♦ EQUIPMENT INSPECTION ♦

All sailors shall book a time slot for Equipment Inspection using this link: EI BOOKING SYSTEM

Each sailor shall only make booking for 1 Equipment Inspection slot.
The booking system will accept bookings until 1800hr 9th June 2026; after that, sailors who want to book an Equipment Inspection time slot shall approach the Technical Committee office at the race venue.

♦ ONLINE EQUIPMENT REGISTRATION ♦

We are implementing a new system to help accelerate the Equipment Inspection preparation.

All sailors shall register the equipment (Serial number / QR number) they are using for the event online here:  Equipment Registration Form   before 1800hr 9th June 2026. Sailor who did not manage to register their equipment online by the dateline will fill up the inspection form manually and may delay the queue at inspection.
