2026 ILCA ASIA ANNUAL OVERALL RANKING

How it works:
These 2 events that are organised by ILCA Asia in 2026 will count towards the 2026 Annual Overall Ranking:
~ ILCA Asian Cup 2026 | QinHuangDao China (10 to 15 June)
~ 6th ILCA Asian & Open Championships 2026 | Pattaya Thailand (14 to 20 December)

Points shall be given according to the sailor’s final position in the following divisions at the above-mentioned events:
ILCA7 Men
ILCA6 Men
ILCA6 Women
ILCA4 Youth Boys
ILCA4 Youth Girls

1st pos = 30 pts
2nd pos = 29 pts
3rd pos = 28 pts …
30th & above = 1 point

Final scoring will be tabulated end of the year 2026.
If a sailor participated in only 1 event, the other event(s) he /she did not take part will be given 0.5pts as encouragement

Top ranked sailor from each division shall be awarded a ‘Waiver of Entry Fees Pass’ to ILCA Asia’s events in 2027:
~ ILCA Asian Cup 2027 QinHuangDao China (June)
~ 7th ILCA Asian & Open Championships 2027 (tbc)

The ‘Waiver of Entry Fees Pass’ cannot be delayed to another year or exchange for cash.
The award is not transferable to another sailor.

This ranking is only open to sailors from current, fully paid ILCA Asia districts and of a World Sailing member national authority.

This ranking is not related to other sailor ranking systems; it is an ILCA Asia initiative to reward our Asian sailors who have supported our events and sailed their best.

Terms and conditions for the ILCA Asia Annual Overall Ranking are subject to changes.
Decisions by ILCA Asia Region on the annual overall ranking are final and not negotiable.
